Definition

Spheroidizing is a heat treatment performed to spheroidize carbide that has formed inside the steel. As a result of spheroidizing, the toughness and machinability of steel increase.

Feature

Heat consumption is low due to excellent insulation and quick temperature increase. The distribution of heat and ambient gas is even with the R/C fan.
